The Fine Print
CANCELLATION POLICY
A minimum of 30 days’ written notice is required to cancel or pause your membership.
LATE CANCELLATION / NO SHOW
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments will be deducted from your membership balance.
NON-TRANSFERABLE
Memberships are for personal use and cannot be transferred.
COMMITMENT
Minimum 3-month commitment.
BILLING
Your $185 membership fee is automatically charged on the same date each month.
TREATMENT BANKING
Treatments may be banked for up to 2 months. Unused treatments beyond this period expire.
MEMBER DISCOUNTS
Membership discounts are valid only while your membership is active.
WELCOME GIFT
Complimentary membership gifts have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or transferred.
AUTOMATIC RENEWAL
Your membership automatically renews monthly following the initial commitment until written cancellation notice is provided.
